Who Are We?
Simply Serving has been offering serving staff for hire for over 30 years. We started our business with just a few servers and have grown to become a leading provider of bartenders and servers for events hosted in private homes and by corporations and caterers.
We provide staffing on-demand for events of any size and to cover every phase of the event—from pre-event prep to service to post-event restoration. Our team of professional, experienced event waitstaff is available to serve anywhere in the Greater Boston metro area and beyond. If you are located outside this area, please give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate.
At Simply Serving, we are passionate about helping our clients with celebrating their special moments and enjoying their event without worrying about all the details. Our Staff
When you hire servers and bartenders from Simply Serving, you get reliable, mature, professional, trained and knowledgeable staff who are employees of our company. Several of our employees have been with us from the very beginning, gaining a sense of knowing how to best execute events—a skill which they pass on to newer staff they are assigned to mentor.
You can expect a polished and professional appearance from each staff member, whether you are hiring waitstaff/servers or bartenders. All staff are uniformed in black and white Simply Serving apparel. If you would like to provide attire for the staff to wear instead of our uniform, we would be happy to discuss.
Insurance
Simply Serving is fully insured in liquor liability, general liability and workers’ compensation coverage. All staff are insured and are thoroughly vetted through their references. In accordance with Massachusetts law, all bartending staff are required to have the “ServSafe Alcohol” or “TiPs” certification and will request proper identification from younger guests who appear to be underage. Your safety and that of your guests is our highest priority.
Flexibility
Whatever your event staffing requirements and needs are, we aim to provide the professionals who will meet them. We are utterly flexible—you can hire us for a single party or multiple events, and we know how to interact with you and your guests based on the event type, whether it is celebratory (an engagement party) or somber (a gathering after a funeral). We become part of your event’s success, integrating ourselves adeptly and interacting appropriately while performing our tasks. Our staff is confident with working in a variety of settings and households, from multi-million dollar residences to small homes.
